I had an amazing Christmas experience at this resort! the complimentary drinks and chocolates were a great surprise upon entering our room. the location of the resort was perfect, with breathtaking views of the sunset and the ocean. the best thing about our stay was the infinity pool which had stunning views of the mountains and jungle, perfect for capturing beautiful photos! Staff were very accommodating and friendly which made our stay even better.

There were a few minor things that could be worked on though, like the balcony needing more comfortable seating and a fix for a dripping roof, which made it unusable. the bathroom needed more privacy as it was visible from the restaurant above.

The breathtaking views were almost enough to make up for the lack of space and inconsistent hot water. The staff worked hard to provide 5-star service.

Trying to navigate the building's stairs and corridors was like a fun, little puzzle for those with mobility issues.
