Walking into the spacious room, I was impressed by the multiple sitting areas and the comfortable bed. The pool area was a tropical oasis, beautifully maintained and surrounded by lush plants.

One of the downsides I encountered was the noise from loud people in the pool area, which unfortunately, was not addressed by the staff. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that there was hot water in the shower but not in the bathtub.

I recently stayed at Viangluang Resort for a weekend getaway and it was wonderful. Room 229 had a private balcony overlooking the garden, making it feel secluded and serene. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city. The check-in process was smooth and the room had everything I needed, from a comfortable bed to a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The staff were friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean. a great experience.

The restaurant was not up to the mark for dinner. the shower was quite difficult to use consistently, as the water temperature kept fluctuating.

Our room had a beautiful lanna style decoration and felt very spacious. The location was perfect, right next to a famous landmark, but surprisingly quiet in the evening. We also enjoyed the lovely pool.

Although there were some minor inconveniences, such as weak wifi in our room and occasional noise from neighboring rooms, they did not significantly impact our overall experience.
