The Victoria Nimman Hotel pleasantly surprised us with its value for money and attention to detail. The hotel's location in the center of town made it convenient to explore the area's attractions, and we loved the fact that plenty of bars and coffee shops were just a short walk away. The plush carpets on the higher floor gave a luxurious touch to the rooms, which were well-maintained and had comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the staff were always attentive, picking up plates promptly.

All was satisfactory; there's nothing I would suggest improving.

The staff's English was difficult to understand and they were often confused or flustered, making it hard to communicate. Ants were also present in the room, which was unpleasant.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The entrance way was beautifully designed and the food served at the restaurant was decent. The rooms in building 1 were aesthetically pleasing and I found the staff to be reasonably willing to negotiate prices when compensation was due.

During my stay, I encountered a minor issue with ants in the beds. However, the hotel staff promptly addressed the issue and switched my room three times until I finally got a room without any ants or cockroaches in the bathroom.
