We had a wonderful stay at Waldorf Astoria. The pool was fantastic and perfect for relaxing. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with several malls within walking distance. The staff were polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage. The breakfast had a great variety of choices, and we even had different fruits delivered to our room daily. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There was some traffic outside the hotel in the evening, which made it difficult to get a taxi. Additionally, the temperature inside the room was quite cold, despite efforts to fix it.

We had an incredible experience at a luxury hotel in Bangkok. From the moment we stepped foot in the lobby of this hotel, we were greeted with warmth and efficiency. Within just a few minutes, everything was taken care of for us. the room itself was breathtaking, with spacious interiors and stunning views. All the amenities we needed were conveniently placed right in front of us. the bathroom was exceptionally large, even bigger than the room itself. We were also impressed by the infinity pool on the 56th floor, which offered a lovely swimming experience. the hotel's location was unbeatable, just a short walk away from the main street and shopping areas. We highly recommend this hotel and the surrounding area.

This hotel offers an incredible luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities. We were impressed by the impeccable service, spa & wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, and steam room. the massage was top notch and we enjoyed the poolside snack bar. the room advantages were fantastic with an espresso machine, special diet menus, and private facilities.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the shallow end of the swimming pool, which was too shallow for proper swimming. this was a small issue compared to the exceptional and memorable stay at this hotel.
