The location of the hotel was really good, it was located near some big malls and eating options. the staff was very friendly and they were always ready to help us out with whatever we needed. the pool was well-maintained and a perfect place for relaxation and sunbathing. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the variety of dishes offered.

The rooms were quite outdated and not very clean when we arrived. the hygiene could be improved.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was great, just a couple of minutes walk to the Asoke station and easily accessible to many attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, with a sunny view of the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly Mr PETKESOM at the reception. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even offering a late check-out so we could freshen up after a day of sightseeing. the service was excellent and the hotel had all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, and a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. We highly recommend this place to everyone.

I had a very relaxed family stay at Windsor Suites. The staff was courteous and helpful, making our airport drop-off a breeze. The spacious suite was perfect for our family, and the view from the room on the 25th floor was breathtaking. The hotel's location near the BTS and shopping center allowed us easy access to explore the modern side of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
