We stayed at a hotel in Rayong for one night and had a great experience at Wisdom Hotel & Residence. The location was a bit out of the center, but it was easy to get around using Grab taxis, which took around 10-15 minutes from the bus terminal. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and organized a scooter for us within half an hour, allowing us to explore the area at our own pace. The room was spacious, with a living room, plenty of storage options, and a kitchenette. It was excellent value for money. The highlight of our stay was the pool, which was clean and big, and our toddler loved it. Rayong itself may not be a popular destination for foreign tourists, but we enjoyed exploring the coastal area and trying out the local seafood. The night market was also worth a visit. it was a great way to experience local life and break up our travels to the East.

That there were still some areas of the hotel under construction, which gave the impression of the building being unfinished. the pool area might get crowded during peak season due to the number of rooms available.
