Friendly staff, comfy bed, spotless, great location near old town. Loved the thoughtful extras like slippers. Definitely coming back!

The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient, as it is just a short walk away from the main attractions in the city. You can easily explore the old town area and visit the nearby events and markets. Additionally, there are plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity, allowing you to taste delicious local cuisine. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay for guests. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist you with anything you need. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, giving you a great start to your day. Furthermore, the hotel offers facilities such as free bike rentals for guests to explore the surrounding area.

The only downside is the occasional noise from neighboring rooms during the night, but it does not significantly impact the overall pleasant stay at this hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, peaceful courtyard, delicious breakfasts, spacious and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was very clean and cozy, with a lovely garden and terrace to relax in. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. the location was perfect, situated in a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still conveniently close to all the main sights. We also appreciated the hotel's eco-friendly policies and the fact that they offered free breakfast.

That the hotel was a bit far from the main tourist areas, so we had to take a taxi or tuk-tuk to get around. This was not always easy as some drivers tried to rip us off.

We had an amazing stay at Wualai Sabaidee! The unique layout and furnishings of our room, including the canopied bed, made us feel like we were in a dream. The staff went above and beyond to help us, even assisting with a motorbike ride to Western Union when I was pickpocketed. The breakfast, though limited, was still enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

I had such a wonderful escape from the busy city at this hotel! The staff and owner were extremely friendly and helpful. They even provided free bikes, which was the best way to explore the area. The location just outside the old town was perfect - less hectic and more spacious. The rooms were spacious and had good amenities, with a private balcony on the third floor. The breakfast served was delicious, with a mix of Western and Thai food options.

I stayed at Wualai Sabaidee for 5 days and had an amazing experience. The owner was incredibly kind and hospitable, always going above and beyond to assist us. The room was immaculate and the location was convenient, allowing us to explore on foot or with the free bicycles provided by the hotel. The early check-in, complimentary breakfast, and maps of the city were thoughtful and greatly appreciated. our stay was fantastic and I can't praise the staff and experience enough.
