The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of town. It is close to everything and in the center of the city. The hotel facilities were impressive and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and always happy to help.

I stayed at this hotel in Pattaya for a few days and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the tourist attractions. The price was reasonable and the staff, especially the manager Kim, were excellent. When I had to leave unexpectedly, Kim even gave me a voucher for the remaining time I had paid for. The room was spacious and comfortable, with the option of a heated or room temperature shower. The WiFi was reliable and fast, which was great for me as I had to do some work while traveling. I also enjoyed hanging out in the lounge/restaurant area and watching the world go by. It was a relaxed and friendly environment, and I will definitely be staying here again.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. It was situated in a key area, close to all the action and excitement of the city. We loved being able to easily explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. Additionally, the hotel provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere at night, which was exactly what we were looking for.

One aspect that we didn't appreciate was the issue with the water supply. We were only provided with water on the first day of our stay and were told to fill up our bottles from a questionable water tank.

Good location in the tourist area of the city, close to massage shops and a lively bar scene. the lounge area downstairs provided a relaxed environment for guests to hang out.

Only provided water on the first day of my 5-day stay and the offered water from the tank by the elevator was dirty and questionable. the water level in the tank remained the same throughout my stay, making me question the freshness of the water.

We had a great stay at Zip Hotel & Restaurant. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the shower options - heated or room temperature. The location was perfect and the room service staff were friendly and attentive. Despite a few minor issues, we would definitely consider staying here again.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, right in the center of the city with everything close by. We were able to easily access restaurants, shops, and bars, making our stay very convenient. Additionally, the room was a good size and the staff provided a swift check-in and check-out process. The free breakfast at the restaurant opposite was a nice touch, offering a minimal but satisfactory option to start our day. the hotel served as a great base for exploring the heart of town.

There were some minor maintenance issues in the room, such as a broken wardrobe handle and towel rail, which could have been improved with better daily management inspections.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to be in the heart of the action. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops just steps away. Plus, it's only a short walk to the beach and the Central Shopping Centre. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good selection of TV channels. One drawback was that the bathroom windows were permanently open, which made the bathroom very warm and noisy. Closing the bathroom door helped with the noise but made it even warmer.

Spent my Christmas holidays in a fabulous place! the room was spacious and cozy enough to make me feel at home. the bed was super comfortable, with soft pillows. the location was perfect, as everything was near, like restaurants, shops, and bars. there was a complimentary breakfast that was served in a nearby restaurant that made my mornings brighter.

Although it was great staying there, there were some negative aspects that needed improvement. the bathroom had a window that was always open, and flying insects could come in which was a bit annoying.

Excellent for those looking to experience Pattaya's nightlife.
