The staff is absolutely amazing, they go above and beyond to make you feel at home and steer you clear from scams in the souks and taxis. The location is perfect for exploring the city, close to main sights yet quiet. The cleanliness of both the rooms and shared spaces is impressive. The staff's knowledge of the city and reliable airport transfers are a big plus. The breakfast is simple but satisfying. The check-in staff member is very helpful. The traditional and beautiful building creates a unique atmosphere. The decoration is stunning. The location is great for exploring the Medina. The room was cozy and well-furnished. The view from the roof is worth checking out. The heating system is a nice touch. The breakfast is rich and delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location in the heart of the Medina, and the friendly staff. The room was immaculate and well-maintained, and the hotel had excellent facilities such as a lovely courtyard and comfortable furniture. The location in a quiet alley of the Medina was perfect for exploring the city, and we also appreciated the convenient parking and transportation options. The breakfast provided was delicious and served in a beautiful setting. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of the Medina. The location was perfect, as it was very close to excellent restaurants in Dar El Jeld and the bustling Avenue Lahbib Bourguiba. We also found it convenient that the hotel was within walking distance of the TGM train station, making it easy to explore this city and even take a train to the beautiful Mediterranean city of Sidi Bousaid. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. They provided us with great recommendations for places to visit and were always willing to assist us. The breakfast served in the nice courtyard was delicious, and the traditional interiors added to the homely atmosphere.

Clean and lovely place, with a comfortable room and very good breakfast served in a nice courtyard. The staff was the best part of the experience - so friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Youssef and Maryuan, as well as the rest of the staff, the driver, and the housekeeper.

The toilets were rather small and the lights in the room could have been brighter. The location may not be easy to find for everyone, especially at night.

The shared bathrooms were a downside, as I prefer to have my own private bathroom. The noise level was quite high, especially in the reception area, which made it difficult to relax.
