I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The reception staff, especially Narjes, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The security team, led by Chaef Eddin, made me feel safe throughout my stay. The variety and quality of the food was outstanding, with delicious salads, vegetables, and different types of meat. Lotfi, the restaurant waiter, provided exceptional service and made our dining experience unforgettable. The F&B manager, Monji, ensured everything ran smoothly. The shisha lounge, with its cozy atmosphere, was fantastic, thanks to Wassim's excellent service. The bar area, with waiter Abeb Assalem, provided 5-star treatment, always ensuring our comfort. The entertainment was cool, funny, and polite, making my wife and I feel over the moon. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

The buffet restaurant provided good and varied food options. the gym was well-equipped for workouts. - the hotel offered a calm and relaxing atmosphere for guests to unwind. - the room was spacious and there was even a fruit platter as a welcoming gesture. - the presence of two indoor swimming pools was a bonus for guests.

The hotel did not provide suitable facilities for children, such as baby changing areas or private spaces for breastfeeding. Some staff members were overly friendly and invading personal space, particularly towards a young baby.

We had a great time during our city trip at this hotel. the staff were very welcoming, and we enjoyed the two complementary drinks as a welcoming gesture. the hotel's location was perfect, near all the major city attractions. We also loved the rooftop pool and bar, which had an amazing view of the city.
