During our stay at Palais Bayram, we were impressed by the level of attentiveness and care provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. One particular instance that stands out was when we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room. The staff promptly addressed the issue and worked to resolve it, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, feeling like royalty in the historic and spacious rooms. The Turkish bath and restaurant were exceptional, and the staff were helpful in organizing trips. The location in the vibrant medina was perfect.

I had the most amazing stay at a genuine palace in the heart of the old city. the staff welcomed me personally and made me feel right at home, as if I were one of the old inhabitants. the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and the beds were comfortable. the rooms were not only spacious but also offered a beautiful view of the bustling medina. the room service was impeccable and I must commend the General Manager and assistant for their professionalism. the hotel truly exceeded my expectations.

the Spa & wellness centre and massages were exceptional. the sun terrace and garden area offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. the full body massage and Turkish bath in the spa centre put us into a state of relaxation that was truly rejuvenating. Our room had exclusive advantages, like a private outdoor dining area and in-room breakfast. We appreciated the variety and quality of the buffet breakfast and special diet menus.

The lobby bar could be improved with better service, as we experienced a minor issue with our payment method. Nevertheless, the staff were friendly and helpful in all other aspects.

Located in the heart of the vibrant Medina, the hotel offers a convenient location near a police station, making it feel safe and secure. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with each one having its own unique personality. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable experience. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff members who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. What an amazing Thanksgiving holiday I had! First of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to many local attractions. Two complementary facts made my stay even better: a delicious breakfast with fresh Tunisian food and a guided tour around the hotel's facilities. the restaurant served one of the best meals I had in a long time.

Although my stay was fantastic, there were a couple of small negatives I encountered. the area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe after dark, but it wasn't too much of a hassle because of the hotel's perfect location.
