We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, nestled amongst tropical gardens with a private secure beach right next to it. We loved spending time at the two lovely pools in the main gardens, as well as relaxing on the beach. The service at this hotel was top-notch, from the room cleaners to the waiters. All staff members were friendly and made sure we felt well taken care of. Our room had excellent amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a balcony or terrace, and a comfortable bed. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast and special diet menus.

Terrible room with broken air conditioning, uncomfortable bed, and dirty bathroom. The location was also far from town, and there were too many flies around the pool.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good view of the pool. The bathroom had a full-size bath and shower, and there was always plenty of hot water. The staff were attentive and professional, making sure our needs were met.
