My partner and I had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The view from the room was breathtaking, we could see the snow-covered mountains in the distance. We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary snacks and drinks, it was a nice touch. The location was perfect for us, close enough to the city center but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. The spa was amazing and we enjoyed a couples massage, it was one of the highlights of the trip.

On the negative side, some of the staff members struggled with English which made communication a bit difficult at times. , the food at the hotel restaurants was a bit lacking in variety, we would have appreciated more options to choose from.

Ideal for first-time skiers with convenient ski-in ski-out access and inclusive meals. Good for families with activities like skiing, spa, and pool.

I stayed at this hotel recently and I must say that this place is amazing! Its location just behind the Teleferik's final station made it so easy for me to go anywhere I wanted to. Also, the availability of room amenities, such as tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and flat-screen tv made me feel so comfortable. The staff here is very service-oriented and helped me out with an issue I had. Plus, the leisure and facilities available here, such as free wi-fi were very convenient.

The staff at Agaoglu My Mountain were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The front desk staff were kind and replaced a room we didn't like. One front desk employee even helped us find the most suitable transportation back to Istanbul. The restaurant staff were also attentive and kind. The lounges and cafes had great views and provided a pleasant atmosphere.

Felt like home, didn't have any reason to complain.

The ski-in ski-out location was very convenient, all-inclusive meals were relaxing, and the supermarket and cable car nearby were a bonus. The staff and coordinator were great, and the resort offered a variety of activities for the whole family.
