We had an exceptional stay at Ajwa Sultanahmet. The hotel's luxurious and stylish decor made us feel like we were in an art museum. The welcoming staff provided useful information about the city and places to visit. The service was top-notch, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. We appreciated the complementary drinks, snacks, and products that were offered. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the historical sites. we highly recommend this beautiful hotel for a memorable experience.

Although the breakfast menu was a bit repetitive and expensive compared to local options, the amazing bathrooms in the rooms made up for it. Additionally, there was a gender segregation policy for the swimming pool, which prevented us from using it together.

The hotel's location is unbeatable for those wanting to explore the historic area of Istanbul. It's within walking distance to all the attractions, supermarkets, and restaurants. The hotel's decoration is splendid, with artisan tiles, mother of pearl furniture, and intricate designs. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, they went out of their way to ensure we had a fabulous stay. The rooms were immaculate, and the luxurious spa was a real treat.

The elevator capacity could have been a bit larger to accommodate luggage better.

The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished, and impeccably maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable, providing top-notch hospitality throughout our stay. The breakfast was a delight, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel's central location made it convenient for visiting all the major attractions in Sultanahmet. Although there were minor drawbacks such as noise from the hallways and a busy road outside, the overall experience surpassed our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

the hotel design is truly fabulous and beautiful, with spacious rooms that have a perfect blend of Ottoman palace vibes and modern comfort. the staff at this hotel, including Maria, Gozde, and Salih, were exceptional and took care of us throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable, with thoughtful gestures like rose water and dates. the location is also convenient, just a short walk to popular attractions like the Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sofia.

the attention to detail at every level was outstanding. the hotel's luxurious traditional architecture was beautifully complemented by Azerbaijani art, with paintings and pottery showcased throughout the building. My suite was not only spacious but also well-equipped and incredibly comfortable. the quality of the bed and pillows was top-notch, some of the best I've experienced during my travels. the hammam and massage spa offered a fantastic relaxation experience, almost deterring me from leaving the hotel. What truly stood out, though, was the staff's friendliness and care. Upon arrival, I had a disagreement with a taxi driver, and the hotel staff promptly intervened, taking care of our luggage, expediting the check-in process, and resolving the situation on my behalf. From the moment I arrived, I felt the exceptional treatment of the staff at this wonderful hotel.

We recently stayed at a beautiful and highly recommended hotel in Sultanahmed. the room and hotel design were absolutely fabulous, and the spaciousness of the room made our stay even more comfortable. the breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, and we were impressed by the professional and welcoming manner of the reception staff and concierge during check-in and check-out. the location of the hotel was also great, just a short walk away from the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, and the shops on Sultanahmed Street. our experience at Ajwa Sultanahmet was fantastic, and we would like to extend our gratitude to Mr Hassan and Mr Huseyin at the Zafaran Restaurant for their excellent services during breakfast.
