Secondly, the staff were brilliant - always friendly and helpful, giving great advice for exploring the city. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable with all the essential amenities, and despite being a budget-friendly hotel, the attention to detail was impressive.

We were also impressed with the reliable Wi-Fi connection and the consistent availability of hot water and a room heater. the staff, including the manager, receptionist, kitchen ladies, and cleaning ladies, were all incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay, offering advice on sightseeing and even surprising us with a birthday cupcake. it was a much better experience compared to other hotels we visited.
