The hotel is conveniently located near Dalaman airport, making it easily accessible for travelers. It is nestled in a peaceful area of town, providing a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are modern and spacious, with lovely balconies overlooking a beautiful pool. The breakfast is superb and the garden and pool are well-maintained.

The customer service at the hotel was not up to par. We were left to find staff for drink service and the apartment was only cleaned twice in six days, which was not ideal.

The value for money at Alya Hotel was excellent, and the room was spacious and cozy. The hotel's location was peaceful and had beautiful views, and the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The frequency of room cleaning could be improved as the guests are not informed prior to check-in that this is only done every few days during their stay. the availability of certain facilities, such as the poolside sunbeds, should be improved as some of them needed repair.
