The WiFi speed in the rooms was not particularly good.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The hotel is situated in a great location, not too far from the main attractions and with easy access to public transportation. The rooms were spacious and clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a very convenient location. It was straight to the historic center, making it easy for us to visit all major Istanbul's attractions. The Aksaray Metro station was close by, allowing us to reach everywhere with ease. Our room was spacious and well-furnished, providing us with a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of tasty treats, including delicious cheeses. The attentive service and free wifi were greatly appreciated.

The exchange rate at the reception was a bit poor.

The free drinks at the lobby were great and the complimentary fruit basket in the room was a nice touch. the hotel’s location was perfect, close to the main attractions and with easy access to public transport. the view from the rooftop was amazing and I really enjoyed watching the fireworks from there during New Year's Eve.

The room was not clean enough, there was dust everywhere. the heating system was not working properly and it was freezing in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was quite good with different warm food options every day. The cleaning lady was very nice, despite the language barrier. The hotel's decor was fine and the restaurant design was pleasant. We especially loved the cozy pool. The manager was very accommodating and opened the breakfast buffet earlier for us. The location was great, as it was close to a major tram line, making it easy for us to travel around the city's tourist venues.
