This hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to all the main attractions and within easy walking distance from the major tourist spots. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile to fulfill any requests. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well furnished. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh and tasty options. Plus, the view from the breakfast room overlooked a famous landmark. the location, service, cleanliness, and breakfast made for a great experience as a solo female traveler.

The noise from the tram passing by was a bit bothersome at times.

The hotel and staff were a delight, with helpful and friendly service. Lovely decor and well-equipped rooms. Free ticket for the BigBus hop on hop off bus tour. Short distance to the Blue Mosque and other attractions. Great variety and quality of breakfast options.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say that the location couldn't have been better! It was right next to the Gulhane tram station, which made it very easy to get around the city. The staff at the reception desk were so friendly and really customized their hospitality to suit my family's needs. Our room was equipped with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, and a mini-bar. We also had a terrace with garden furniture, which was a nice touch. The soundproofed rooms made for a peaceful and quiet stay. Also, the breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety to choose from.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I spent my Christmas break at a hotel in Istanbul. the hotel had complementary drinks and snacks on arrival and a lovely festive breakfast spread. the location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. One of the best aspects was that the hotel was very quiet in the evenings, which made for a peaceful night's sleep.

The room was quite small and cramped with very little natural light. the air conditioning system was not working properly which made the room uncomfortably warm.

We had a great value for our money and enjoyed a spacious and comfortable room. The hotel's location was perfect and the staff treated us wonderfully.

The breakfast could have been improved with more variety in the egg options.
