The suite was spacious and the jacuzzi was a nice touch. Though there was no mountain view and the electric was iffy, the location was convenient for the airport. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Trabzon.

The laundry service was not up to par as some clothes were damaged during the process.

I had the pleasure of staying at this venue and it was an amazing experience. Everything was perfect, especially the location which was very close to the airport and made getting around easy. I also appreciated the room service and laundry services offered, which made my stay even more comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. Additionally, the hotel amenities were great, including a sitting area, terrace, and garden facilities that gave off peaceful vibes.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting here.

Two complementary facts offered were nice, the key location was convenient, and the view from the balcony was splendid. It was Easter, so it was great to have egg-shaped chocolates in the room and a traditional Easter cake too. the hotel was just a few minutes walk from the stunning beach and lively town center.

When we arrived, the room wasn't clean, and it took them a few days to clean it. The cleaning service was below average, and the staff wasn't particularly helpful or friendly.
