Upon arrival, the staff warmly greeted us and provided assistance with parking in the snow. the hotel's beautiful ambiance, including the captivating scent throughout the lobby, added to the overall experience. Mr Ahmet, in particular, stood out with his exceptional knowledge and guidance of the city. the attention to detail in every inch of the property, from the rooftop restaurant to the well-appointed room, truly showcased the hotel's character. knowing that a part of the hotel's revenue goes towards charitable causes added a sense of purpose and warmth to our stay. the hotel's location was also convenient, being close to Rumi's Mausoleum and various dining options.

The breakfast and the tea offered were really good. the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to a popular museum. the free WiFi provided allowed us to keep in touch with our friends.

We had a really difficult time trying to find the hotel. the signage was not clear and the entrance was not easily visible.

The staff, especially Sezer, was very helpful and friendly. The location is amazing, with everything within walking distance. The hotel style is colorful and the rooms are small but lovely. The breakfast is fantastic and the hotel is very quiet despite being in the city center.
