We were pleasantly surprised by this place! Located in a quiet neighborhood on a slope, it had great access to the main attractions. The staff, from check-in to check-out at the reception desk, provided service that met the standards of a boutique hotel. We appreciated their help with tours and their room service. The rooms were soundproofed and had all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, in-room safe, and a flat-screen TV.

We love the convenience of being close to the tram station, as it allows for easy access to all the notable landmarks in Sultanahmet. The location is unbeatable with everything within walking distance. Breakfast is a local feast serving up fresh bread and fruits. Staff members are friendly and willing to help when asked.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a jacuzzi in the huge bathroom and a comfortable king-size bed. The location, in a quiet neighborhood, made me feel like I was in the Ottoman period. Plus, it was conveniently close to major tourist attractions, allowing me to walk and explore plenty of historical places without any issue. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Moreover, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing tips about the city and going above and beyond to satisfy my every need.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel. the location was perfect, right in the heart of old town, just minutes away from Haggia Sofia and Topkapi palace. the staff, especially Aysen, were unbelievably helpful and always had a smile on their faces. They were ready to answer any question and fulfill all our wishes. It felt like we were the only guests in the hotel. the rooms were nice and the breakfast was delicious. it was a great stay and I'm looking forward to staying at Arena Hotel - Special Class again on my next visit to Istanbul.

Pros of our stay: The hotel had stunning decor and a unique theme that blew our minds. The staff, especially Sezer and Suat, were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The location was super convenient, with all major attractions within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and they even accommodated our special requests. The hotel was spotless and cozy, and we loved the sea view from our excellent room. The hotel also offered amazing spa services and the massage was a treat. our stay exceeded our expectations in every way!

My new year’s celebration was amazing in this hotel! the staff was friendly and welcoming, offering complimentary tea and treats upon my arrival. the location was perfect, just a short walk to major city attractions. the room was cozy and clean and the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

That the blankets were a bit too thick, making me feel a little too warm and sweaty throughout the night. the AC could use a little more power to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.

During my solo trip to Istanbul, I had a fantastic stay at a boutique hotel located near Solullu Mehmet Pasha mosque, which was on my 'to do' list. The room was large and comfortable, with a spacious bed and a large TV. The bathroom was clean and had good hot water. The staff was helpful and loaned me umbrellas when it rained. The breakfast had a lot of choice and the cleaners did a great job every day. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia, and close to Sultanahmet and Kapali carsija.

There were no hotel guides or information in the room, and they did not provide complimentary water.
