the whole experience was way below my expectations. the QR code info was cumbersome, truly a hassle! and the temperature in our room was unbearable, i couldn’t sleep. plus, no one offered any kind of welcome gesture for my troubles, talk about disregard! i really wanted to love it, but i just couldn’t. hope they improve!

Stayed in a Deluxe Room with an amazing terrace and breathtaking valley view. The room had a cozy fireplace, minibar, and high-end toiletries like body soap and shampoo. Excellent breakfast spread with local specialties, and friendly, attentive staff made it unforgettable. Spa facilities included relaxing massages. Highly recommend for a unique cave experience.

Exploring the cave-like intricacies of this place was thrilling! The free daily tours revealing secret passageways felt straight out of a fairytale. The breakfast options were simply off the charts, perfect for our family with a young baby and plenty of delicious choices.

The cave room vibe is super cool, but I wished the food was a bit better since we tried the hotel restaurants and they were just okay. Also, no TV was a change, but it helped set a relaxing mood. Definitely felt special being in such a historical place!
