Impressive staff, top-notch service, fantastic facilities, spotless cleanliness, and delightful food. The kids' play area received rave reviews from my children for its friendly and charming staff member. Our room upgrade provided ample space and a lovely view. The pier was a great spot for relaxation and the overall design was stylish. Good value spa treatments and a wide selection of beverages to enjoy.

During my xmas trip, I found two great benefits at this hotel. the rooms were incredibly comfortable and well-furnished, making it easy to relax. the buffet style food was delicious, and the selection was varied. The hotel was located near a public transport stop which made it easy to get into town for sightseeing. the friendly staff made sure to keep the minibar stocked with refreshing drinks.

While the hotel had many positives, there were also some negatives. The pool area was poorly supervised, which resulted in children swimming in front of slides, causing a dangerous situation.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service and treated like royalty. The spa and wellness centre offers a range of relaxing treatments and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are perfect for a refreshing dip. The sun terrace and garden area provide a tranquil space to unwind and soak up the sun, and the beach access is unparalleled. The restaurant serves delicious food and the bar/lounge area has a great selection of drinks. The private facilities in the room made for a truly indulgent experience.

The only minor issue was the wifi in the room, which was slow and unreliable at times. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to the luxurious and unforgettable experience I had at this hotel.
