The hotel had a perfect location, with easy access to the tram station and a nearby store that was open late. The room was comfortable and modern, with a lovely balcony that offered a great view. The staff was attentive and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast was satisfying, with a variety of options including omelettes, fresh fruits, and yogurts.

The bed was a bit tired in places, and could have been more comfortable.

Our room was large with a great view of the old city walls. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Laundry services were provided even though we requested it late. The location was excellent, close to the old town and easily accessible by public transport.

Just got back from our romantic escape to this hotel and everything was amazing! the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. the location was perfect for exploring the charming streets filled with shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the local specialty dishes and drinks. the room was cozy and clean, and we loved the unique towel art left by the talented cleaning staff. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel offers free Wi-Fi and a refreshing outdoor pool.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit low and the temperature was not consistent. it was quite busy and noisy outside at night, which made it difficult to sleep.
