Located right in the city center, the hotel is close to grocery shops, a metro station, and is near to all the attractions. The spacious rooms have large windows, offering a pleasant view. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast is served directly to the room and there are facilities like coffee machines and bottled water refills. The decoration of the rooms is stylish and cozy.

The heating unit in some rooms may be a bit challenging to operate efficiently.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, offering us tea and coffee whenever we returned. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the main street where we found plenty of restaurants and bars. The metro station and funicular were also conveniently close, allowing us to easily explore the city. Additionally, the room was well decorated and the beds were very comfortable.

Although our stay was enjoyable overall, there were a couple of minor issues. the cleanliness in the room could have been improved as we noticed some hairs on the bathroom floor.

I gotta say, my stay at this hotel was worth every penny. The room was amazing, with a comfy bed, clean bathroom, and a surprisingly spacious layout. And let me tell you about the location! It was right in the heart of the city, so convenient to get to all the hotspots. But what really made my stay memorable was the staff. There were only two of them, but they were so friendly and helpful. Ms. Sevim especially went above and beyond, giving us tips and even lending us her Istanbul Card. Such a lovely person!

We had an amazing city break! the staff were so friendly and helpful, giving us a map and insider tips on where to go and eat. We loved the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, and the fact that our room was so close to all the sights and shops we wanted to explore.

This hotel is definitely value for money. It has rooms with large balconies and quality amenities, such as walk-in showers and even a coffee machine. The staff are very attentive and the location is perfect, with some lovely cafes all around. Plus, the breakfast at the bakery just outside is simply delicious.
