Recently stayed at Astra Boutique for 8 nights. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering a Turkish breakfast with stunning views. the location is central, a short walk to major tourist spots. the rooftop terrace provided panoramic views and a relaxing atmosphere for guests. Customer service, especially from Lokman, was exceptional, providing assistance at all times.

Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

The standout feature of this hotel is its exceptional customer service. the staff, especially Lokman, goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. He provides valuable tips and assistance without being intrusive. the location is ideal, just a stone's throw away from the Taksim metro station and a newly constructed tram station, making it easy to explore Istanbul's historic district. the views from the terrace are breathtaking, offering a unique perspective of the city's skyline. Breakfast served on the terrace adds a special touch to your morning.

Minor improvements could be made in terms of room cleanliness. It would be beneficial for the hotel to ensure that bed linens are changed regularly for the comfort of guests.
