The location of the hotel was ideal, just a few steps away from Taksim Metro station and the Hop on Hop off Bus stop. It was also right in front of Gezi Park, which was a great feature. The staff, including Emini, Guyudo, Ondar, Erkan. The wifi signal was excellent throughout the entire hotel, and it was completely free of charge. The breakfast buffet included was a nice bonus, and the room overlooking the Bosphorus was absolutely amazing.

The hotel staff, especially in room service, are friendly and helpful. The location is great, with easy access to Taksim Metro and Hop on Hop off Bus stop as well as being in front of Gezi Park. The complimentary chocolate and the amazing WiFi signal throughout the hotel were delightful surprises.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the female members of the team. The gym facilities were impressive and perfect for a short stay. What's more, the daily bottled water and room cleanliness service were a nice touch.

Although there were a lot of good things to say about the hotel, there were some minor negatives. The male staff didn't seem to be as friendly as the female staff.
