We had an amazing experience at Bayir Diamond Hotel & Convention Center. the rooms had a clean and great design, and the location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Kulesite shopping center. the service and facilities were top-notch, with a 5-star rating. the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were all great additions to our stay. the room service was excellent, and the food was reasonably priced. We felt like VIPs throughout our stay. Jaafer Bey, the staff member who assisted us, was kind and attentive. We even got a chance to see the Diamond and King Suites, although they were out of our budget.

The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. I was especially impressed with the special breakfast they prepared to accommodate my dietary restrictions. The small touches, like providing a wheelchair for the duration of my stay, really made a difference. Bayir Diamond Hotel & Convention Center exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the complementary massage and the hot chocolate offered by the hotel. the location of the hotel was also very convenient for exploring the city, as it was close to public transportation and major landmarks. Another advantage was the comfortable bed, which provided a great night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing.

One of them was the language barrier, as the staff had difficulty understanding and communicating in English. the temperature control in my room was not functioning properly, causing it to be too warm.

During my stay at Bayir Diamond Hotel & Convention Center, I was amazed by the modern and fancy interior of the hotel. The room was beautifully designed and the comfortable large kingsize bed provided a great night's sleep. The TV in the room was of high quality, allowing for a pleasant entertainment experience. What truly impressed me was the reasonable price of the hotel, making it a fantastic value for money option.

The hotel is conveniently located, with a big mall just a short walk away. The nearby tram stop makes transportation easy, and the hotel is situated in a good area just outside the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and rain showers. The friendly staff provide exceptional service, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel offers parking facilities and a beautiful view of the city.

The room temperature is controlled by management and can sometimes be too warm, even with the window open. The pillows provided may be too large and uncomfortable for some guests.

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The location is perfect, with a shopping center just a 2-minute walk away. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We loved the free Turkish delights at the entrance lobby.

the exclusive amenities were impressive, including the spa, sauna, and massage. the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were also inviting. the garden area was pleasing, and there was a well-equipped restaurant and bar. the room advantages were splendid, from the comfy beds to the private facilities. the location advantages allowed us to explore the city conveniently.
