The Baykara Hotel in Konya had the best location, excellent reception on arrival, and very accommodating staff at the front desk. Mr. Tahir went above and beyond to fulfill our requests, exceeding our expectations. The prompt action on our requests and the respectful and polite staff made our stay enjoyable.

Everything is what I need and want.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance with finding places, renting a car, and getting a taxi to a nearby attraction. The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, offering a decent selection of food for breakfast. The location was convenient, within walking distance of local attractions and public transportation. a pleasant experience with good service and amenities.

During my stay at the hotel, I had a great experience with the staff. They were cooperative, supportive, and prompt in guiding me on travel arrangements. I especially want to mention Asli and Tahir, who were always there to help and keep my engagements organized. The hotel itself is clean and centrally located, offering comfort and peace. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom facilities were good, and I enjoyed a healthy breakfast each morning.

The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, just a short walk away from the city center and there were plenty of great dining options nearby. The beds were quite comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

There were several negative aspects that really affected my stay. The hotel itself seemed quite old and worn out, with walls and ventilations that were in dire need of a thorough cleaning.
