The receptionist, Kemal, has great service. The rooms are clean and excellent. Breakfast is satisfying.

The location, although on a steep hilly area with limited surroundings, is actually a plus as it provides a quiet and peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The staff is friendly, helpful, and ensures that basic amenities are well-maintained.

Nothing it was perfect.

The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful. The location is very close to Nisantasi, Taksim, and Harbiye, which is a solid advantage. The room is spacious with new and nice furniture. The bathroom is small but better than expected. The staff speaks very good English.

The hotel was also not far from the hustle and bustle of the city center, giving us easy access to Taksim Square. Breakfast, although not extensive, was included and provided a decent start to our day. it was a pleasant stay with convenient location and friendly service.

Two complementary drinks a day were a nice touch, and the hotel was located in a convenient spot for my business meetings. the room was also quite spacious and allowed me to spread out my work.

They didn't provide any useful information about the area or transportation, and the breakfast was underwhelming with stale tea and limited options. the room also had several broken items, and the noise from outside made it difficult to focus on my work.
