The staff is amazing, always available and helpful. Location is great, walking distance to shopping district. Very clean apartment. Receptionist speaks English well.

Had a great stay at a well-located apartment with stunning views. The staff, especially Mr. Komran, Mr. Nabil & Mr. Muhamad, were exceptional. Despite the nearby construction and unfinished works, the apartment had good kitchen facilities and spacious bathrooms. I highly recommend this place.

The location is fantastic, very close to the metro station and easily accessible to all parts of the city. The rooms are well equipped and spacious, perfect for families. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist. They even upgraded our room and provided prompt service when needed. The convenience of having supermarkets, restaurants, and shops nearby is a big bonus.

There were some minor issues with the apartment, such as unfinished works in the cabinets and walls.

The welcoming staff provided excellent service. Conveniently located near shopping and the metro station. The self-catering unit was clean and well-maintained. Daily towel service and complimentary laundry wash were nice bonuses. Perfect for an extended stay.

Outstanding staff, comfortable penthouse apartments, variety of food options, accessible to interesting places, accommodating and helpful reception staff, duplex rooftop room felt like home.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the complementary coffee and tea offered at the lobby, which was a great way to start the day. the hotel's location was also convenient for accessing public transportation, making it easy to get around. the daily cleaning service was a nice touch that helped keep the room tidy.

While overall my stay was enjoyable, the room could have used more amenities. It would have been nice to have a mini-fridge and microwave to make meal prep easier, and the lack of these items was a bit inconvenient.

This hotel is just what I was looking for! Being close to the metro station was so convenient for exploring the area. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, always available to assist with any needs I had. The room amenities like the electric kettle and outdoor dining area made my stay much more comfortable. Plus, the free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected throughout my visit.
