La limpieza de este hotel es impecable, siempre se veía al personal limpiando. Además, el hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro de la ciudad y a solo unos metros del mar.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to public transportation. Just outside is a station which has Besiktas as an end station and provides access to Osmanby metro station and Ataturk airport. Additionally, it's easy to pick up a taxi. The rooms are spacious with modern bathrooms and there are facilities like a bar/kitchen, dining area, and a sitting room with a good selection of English language channels. The staff is helpful and polite, providing excellent service.

The breakfast options were limited and could be improved.

During my recent stay at Bentley Hotel Bosphorus - Special Class, I was impressed with the outstanding service provided by the staff. They were always helpful, kind, and had a smile on their faces. Special thanks to Harun for his kindness and assistance throughout my stay. The hotel's location was also excellent, with easy access to the metro station and a variety of cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and the neighborhood was lovely. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location is also great, with everything only a short distance away by car or walking.

the service at Bentley Hotel Bosphorus - Special Class was outstanding. From the receptionist to the bellboy, duty manager, housekeeping, and guest relations representative, everyone was helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. I would like to give a special thanks to Faten, Anil, Salim, Serdar, Sengül, Ercan. the hotel staff were also extremely accommodating to my family, including my two young children. They provided us with helpful information about Istanbul and made sure we had a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel is also great, with many shops nearby and Taksim Square within walking distance. I would rate this hotel a 10/10 for the experience, customer service, and location.

The hotel is modern, clean, and well-designed. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially ERCAN at reception. The location is great. The breakfast has a family atmosphere and the staff, like Mehmet, is hospitable.

Great Xmas stay! the hotel surprised us with delicious chocolates and a bottle of wine in our room. the location was perfect with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. the breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was very tasty.

The walls of our room were quite thin and we could hear everything from the hallway. the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak in our room.

This hotel was a luxurious and stylish venue with exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre offered a full body massage that was perfect after a long day exploring the city. the sauna and steam room were also very relaxing. the restaurant had an amazing breakfast buffet with many options, including a coffee/tea in the lobby area. the room was spacious and had unique, modern decor with a private balcony.

The hotel lacked live entertainment or a leisure/TV room, which would have been nice to have on an evening in. the location was away from the tourist areas, but it was still easy to access by car or taxi.

Well-presented property, clean, and new. Helpful staff, Salim and Faten, made our stay enjoyable. Convenient location near major attractions. Good value for money. Close to metro station for easy city access.
