The location near windsurfing activities is a major highlight of this hotel. It is sad to see and feel uncomfortable when you see it occupied a nice surf club spot. the spa area is a great place to relax and unwind after a day of activities. The rooms are elegant and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff is very accommodating and the kids club is a heaven for children.

One negative aspect is the noise coming from the nightclubs around the hotel, which can be disruptive for a good night's sleep.

The cleanliness of the resort was remarkable, and the facilities were adequate. The two restaurants, although pricey, offered top-notch, delicious food. The best part of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Gamze from the concierge team. She went above and beyond to make our experience the best possible, helping us with restaurant arrangements and ensuring our stay was perfect. We were also impressed by the service of Ebru, Mohterem, and Ichinaz in the restaurants and during breakfast.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. The Spa & wellness centre was top-notch with its exceptional massage and facial treatments. The outdoor swimming pool was clean, perfect for a refreshing swim and the sun loungers were comfortable. The nearby beach access was an added bonus and provided for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious halal food options and served a scrumptious breakfast to start off the day.

The only minor issue I faced was the expensive prices of food and drinks at the restaurant and poolside snack bar. However, it did not hinder my experience as I could easily access nearby restaurants and cafes in the city.
