Ons verblijf in deze villa was absoluut geweldig. Alles was brandschoon en goed onderhouden. De faciliteiten van het hotel waren fantastisch, vooral het privézwembad. We konden heerlijk ontspannen en genieten van de privacy. Daarnaast was het personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze stonden altijd klaar om ons te assisteren. Ook de ligging van het hotel was perfect. Er was voldoende parkeergelegenheid en het was gemakkelijk om de omgeving te verkennen.

Moeilijk om iets te bedenken.

Great location in the heart of the old town with easy access to major attractions. The staff, particularly Aziz, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the terrace with stunning views. Room was clean and serviced daily.

One drawback was the inconsistent wifi connection in the room. However, if you're not too demanding, it shouldn't be a major issue.

Great value for money city break! Conveniently located near major attractions and public transport. Delicious daily breakfast with plenty of options to fill up for the day. Helpful and friendly staff always willing to assist and even arrange transportation services.

Although the room was overall clean, we found some dirty corners that made us uneasy. The shower was of poor quality, draining very slowly, leaving us standing in a shallow pool of water.

My stay at Big Orange was fantastic! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located in the old town, close to major attractions. The staff, especially Aziz at the reception, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He made our time in Istanbul unforgettable. The value for the price is exceptional. Thank you, Aziz!
