I particularly appreciated their prompt response when I requested additional towels and water bottles. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a metro station nearby and easy access to local stores and shopping malls. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the weak wifi in the evenings and the occasional smell of smoke from other rooms, overall I was satisfied with my stay. I highly recommend it.

One of the negatives was the noise from the nearby mosque, with loud prayers waking me up in the early morning. It would have been better if the windows were better soundproofed.

The staff at Bilek were incredibly kind and helpful, especially the hotel manager Mr. Khan. When we couldn't find a taxi or Uber, he generously gave us a ride so my elderly mother wouldn't have to walk to the metro. The location of the hotel is also great, with a metro station nearby and many restaurants that stay open late. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed two complimentary facts offered at the hotel, making my experience even more enjoyable. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city's financial district with the added convenience of being near the coast. the hotel's staff was also very friendly and helpful, which made my stay pleasurable.

My room had some issues that detracted from my overall enjoyment. the furniture was old and worn, and the carpet was not clean.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect as it was really close to three malls and the bazaar. The metro station was also nearby, which made it really easy for us to go anywhere we wanted in this city. The room was also great, and we loved the in-room amenities such as the air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and the patio. The room service was quick and efficient, and the staff were really kind and helpful.

We recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay! The hotel had really good facilities, including an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a spa and wellness centre, a fitness studio, and a restaurant with a children's menu.
