Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The staff provided unparalleled hospitality and were always ready to help, even with language barriers. The rooms were impeccably clean and the hotel offered free WiFi. They provided us with an internet SIM, saving us money compared to buying it at the airport. They organized all of our trips to major attractions, ensuring we had a hassle-free experience and protected us from potential scams. The location of the hotel was perfect, with famous destinations nearby and a quieter atmosphere ideal for families. The breakfast had plenty of options and variety, and the coffee served was the best. The hotel staff felt like family, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
