The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location is perfect, with a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the hot air balloons in the morning. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with a jacuzzi bath that was a real treat. I also loved the cozy lobby area and the adorable puppy named Efes. I had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

They organized all our transportation and activities, even at short notice. the hotel dogs added a special touch and gave us a warm welcome every time we came through the front door. the location was perfect, just off the main area, and the room was clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony. the breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of freshly made choices. the terrace was a great place to relax and watch the balloons in the morning. We can't wait to go back to Cappadocia and stay at Caftan Cave again. They truly exceeded our expectations.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the stunning views from the hotel terrace. From sunrise to sunset, the scenery was breathtaking. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.

There was one incident during my stay that left a negative impression. On the second day of breakfast, there was a bit of a language barrier with one of the staff members when trying to order an omelette.
