The hotel is conveniently located close to the tram station, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel is situated on an upward slope, providing a nice view from some rooms. the city center is within close proximity, offering easy access to various attractions.

Some guests mentioned noise issues, particularly in the morning and evening, which could disrupt sleep quality.

The 24-hour reception was very helpful, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was included, and we enjoyed the selection. the location was great, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modernity of the hotel. The staff, especially Metin, were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the wholesale market and was close to the tram station. While there were some minor inconveniences, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value and pleasant experience.
