Stayed at this hotel recently during my trip to Urgup and had a wonderful experience! the room was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely jacuzzi that was perfect for relaxing. the staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. the location was great, convenient for walking to the small town center and exploring nearby attractions like the Open-Air Museum of Goreme and Cappadocia Cave Dwellings. the sun terrace offered stunning views of the surroundings, especially during sunrise. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts at the outdoor dining area and appreciated the available room service. a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

While the stay was mostly pleasant, there were a couple of minor areas that could be improved. the room lighting could have been brighter for better ambiance, especially during the evenings.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Urgup and had a fantastic experience. the facilities at the hotel were top-notch and exceeded our expectations. the rooms were comfortable, with cozy beds and clean bathrooms. the common areas, such as the restaurant and tea place, were well-prepared and inviting. the best part of our stay was the breathtaking view from the hotel. We were able to witness the incredible sight of hot air balloons right from our room and the hotel's terraces. It was truly a magical experience, and we didn't even have to wake up early or go anywhere to see them. the staff at the hotel were also very helpful and accommodating. we highly recommend staying at this hotel for a comfortable and memorable experience.
