We had an amazing stay at this place! The location is perfect, situated along the hill with a nice view. We enjoyed being in a monumental cave, almost at the top of a hill, overlooking the town square. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, explaining all the different tours around this area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The spa and wellness center was a great addition, offering a jacuzzi, massage, and Turkish bath. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the option for in-room breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this breathtaking location.

Our stay in this hotel was okay, but we didn't feel like it was anything special. The location was very close to the main area, which was convenient for us, but we didn't feel like it was as nice as some other places where we stayed in the area. We also didn't find the breakfast to be anything particularly special, but it was fine. One advantage was the rooftop terrace, which was a nice touch.

The WIFI was quite unstable and didn't always work properly.

The cave rooms were a unique experience and added an extra charm to our city break. We loved the cozy and warm feel of the rooms, especially walking around barefoot on the warm floor. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the balloons and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Plus, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread offered by the hotel every morning.

But, there were a couple of negative aspects during our stay. we found that our room was a bit stuffy and didn't realize there was an AC available.

As someone who wanted to experience the best of what this location has to offer, I am glad I found this place. Here, the hotel is perched atop the hill and offers a wonderful view of the town square below. The staff are warm and hospitable and helped me decide which tour to take in my stay. It was heartening to see how well they cater to the guests.

The hotel's combined Underground City and Red Tour is a must-do and provides an informative and enjoyable experience.

The complementary breakfast was decent and the view of the balloons in the morning was amazing. the hotel was walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. got to witness the hot air balloons take off up close.

The hotel staff was pushy and kept trying to sell overpriced tours. Their shuttle service was poor and the underground city tour guide was not knowledgeable.

The staff were extremely helpful in organizing tours and things to do in the city, and they efficiently booked shuttle buses to and from the airport without a fuss.
