the manager and receptionist provided exceptional service, even assisting during an unexpected hospital visit. the cleanliness, positive attitude, and friendliness of the staff made us feel right at home. Perfect for exploring the city. Will definitely return!

The room was not as promised; I expected a balcony and a living area, but ended up on the ground floor with two small beds. My friends and I dealt with odd maintenance issues, like no hot water one night. the wifi was spotty. On a bright side, the staff was friendly and breakfast was good, though I think I burned off some calories walking uphill to the sights. Must be a cultural fitness thing.
