The hotel had a central location, which made it easy to go shopping and dining. the Christmas decorations were cozy and put us in a festive mood. the staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the free hot chocolate. We also liked that the room came with a mini-fridge and a flat-screen TV for entertainment.

The heating in the room was inadequate, and we had to ask for extra blankets. the bathroom was small and outdated, and we had to wait a long time for the hot water to come on.

We had a fantastic time exploring the vibrant central street during our stay. It was so convenient with all the shops, restaurants, and supermarkets close by. The hotel room was lovely, with a kitchenette and a balcony that offered a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the daily room cleaning service was thorough. We also enjoyed the delightful pool on-site, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The occasional issue with water temperature, but it didn't majorly affect our stay.

I absolutely loved the central location of this hotel. It was surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops, and just a short and enjoyable 15-minute walk to the beach. The rooms were impeccably clean and the daily thorough cleaning was much appreciated. Having a fridge in the room was a nice bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, and the pool was simply delightful. The rooms were also surprisingly soundproof, as I never heard any noise from my neighbors.

One minor drawback was that the kitchen in the apartments could have been better stocked with cooking essentials like a coffee turk, ladle, spaghetti pot, spices, salt, sponges. These small things can make a difference when traveling.
