We had a fantastic romantic escape at this hotel! The staff was very friendly, always greeting us with a smile and ready to help with any questions we had. The receptionist, Erhan, and the other staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were always available at the reception and made us feel safe as two solo female travelers. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to Taksim Square, the metro, and restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms were always clean, and there was a nice coffee setup. While the breakfast could be improved, it was fresh and decent. we had an amazing stay and would definitely return.
