The breakfast offered is average, with standard Turkish dishes available.

The hotel is located far away from any metro station, which may be inconvenient for those wanting to explore the city using public transportation.

Convenient location with plenty of nearby restaurants. Friendly and respectful staff, especially Mr. Kanan. Clean rooms with good soundproofing. Quick response to requests, such as providing an iron. Smooth check-in and check-out process. Excellent room service. Room was changed to a bigger one with a window upon request.

I recently stayed at Cheya Besiktas Hotel in Istanbul for a week. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the airport and close to popular tourist spots. There were plenty of restaurants and hookah bars nearby, which was a definite plus. The room was well-equipped and the staff, especially Kenan, were friendly and attentive. The breakfast options were great, even for vegetarians like myself. They were also accommodating despite our early arrival.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was absolutely brilliant. It was within walking distance of the ferries and conveniently located near a lovely park, making it a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was truly outstanding. They were friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met. Lastly, the breakfast at this hotel was phenomenal. With a wide variety of options and delicious food, it was the perfect way to start my day.

Amazing Location, Delicious Breakfast

During my stay at Cheya Besiktas Hotel & Suites- Special Category, I was thrilled by its amazing location. Just a few minutes walk from the ferries and conveniently located across the street from a beautiful park, the hotel truly offers a great spot to explore Istanbul. It was such a pleasant surprise to find Yıldız Palace just beyond the park, and being one of only three people there made my visit truly special, especially compared to the crowded major sites.

The staff at the reception and food area were very kind and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and they were always ready to help. The hotel is in an amazing area with easy access to popular neighborhoods and close to ferries going to the Anatolian side. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is also very nice. I really enjoyed my stay at Cheya thanks to the very kind staff members.

Felt quite safe, nothing too much trouble.

The breakfast was really good and filling; we didn't even have to eat lunch after. the view from the hotel was amazing, especially at night when we could see all the lights. the location was great, close to lots of shops and restaurants, and we could easily catch a bus to get around.

The room was a bit small and cramped for two people. the shower was also quite small and uncomfortable to use.
