I recently stayed at City Hall in Istanbul for a few nights and had a great experience. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and high-quality toiletries. The hotel provided complimentary bottled water and had good wifi, which was important for my remote work. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and the breakfast had a nice view. The staff, including Dilara, Fadel, and Mert, were friendly and always available to assist.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und bieten hochwertige Ausstattung. Besonders das geräumige Bad ist ein Highlight. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal ist sehr motiviert und engagiert. Ein reichhaltiges und qualitativ hochwertiges Frühstück wird angeboten. Der Spa-Bereich des Hotels bietet eine tolle Aussicht und ist ein Ort zum Entspannen.

Bedauerlicherweise gibt es gelegentlich längere Wartezeiten im Restaurant und der Service könnte verbessert werden.

Best Location and Friendly Staff: the hotel is ideally located, with major attractions within walking distance. the neighborhood is charming and offers a range of dining options. the staff members were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They offered great recommendations and were always ready to help.

Limited Space: the size of the rooms could be an issue for taller or wider individuals. However, as a person of small stature, it didn't affect my stay.

We had the best stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly lovely and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time here. The hotel is extremely clean and new, and the housekeeper came every day to freshen up our room. The hotel's location is perfect, as it is close to all the main attractions and just a short walk from the tram station. We were able to easily explore the city and visit the Grand Bazaar. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the city from our balcony. The staff also helped us with booking our airport transfer, which was a huge relief. our experience at this hotel was amazing thanks to the helpful and friendly staff, convenient location, and clean facilities.

The hotel felt like a home away from home. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable, with good amenities like AC and complimentary water. The breakfast was tasty, with freshly cooked eggs and delicious fried cheese rolls. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions. we had a great experience at City Hall Hotel.

The only downside was the small size of the room and balcony, which could use some refreshing. Additionally, the beds had only one sheet and sleeping under a rough blanket wasn't very enjoyable.
