Located right next to the marina, the hotel offers a convenient location for exploring the city's main attractions. The rooms are well-decorated and updated to a higher level, with some even featuring magnificent terraces that offer views of both the sea and mountains. The staff is friendly, speaking English fluently, and is always ready to help. Guests can enjoy a clean and modern bathroom, as well as a delicious breakfast served on the first floor.

Wifi may experience occasional issues.

The location of City Life Demir was perfect, especially for exploring the harbor and nearby markets. We were also pleasantly surprised by the larger room we were given with a nice terrace and amazing views. The beds were comfortable and the taps in the bathroom were of good quality. The staff, although with limited English, was friendly and accommodating. our stay was enjoyable and we would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect - close to the main attractions, near the harbor, and right next to the marina. It was easy to explore the city and get to the beaches from here. The cleanliness of the rooms was top notch and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and the staff were friendly and helpful.

the receptionist, Yaren, was kind and accommodating. She allowed us to check in early after our long night bus journey from Grome. the room was super clean and had three comfortable beds. the bathroom was impressive and the food from the canteen was delicious. the hotel is brand new and conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the sea. the area was quiet and felt safe at night, allowing us to rest well. We also enjoyed the breakfast on the first floor. it was a great start to our holiday in Fethiye.

Spent New Year's Eve in a hotel located near the sea and the city center, which made it easy to shop, eat, and explore the city. the beds were very comfortable, and the view from the terrace was amazing. We were also lucky to get a bigger room for the same price, so we had more space to relax in.

We were not satisfied with the quality of the breakfast, as it was pretty plain and not very diverse. the restaurant on site had tasteless food.
