We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to assist us during our stay. The hotel is situated near several shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it easy to explore and find great deals. The gym, although small, had enough equipment for a good workout session, and we appreciated the free water bottles provided daily. we had a great experience at Cloud7 and would recommend it to others.

The Christmas stay was awesome with cozy and clean rooms. the hotel is located near public transportation and shops. the simple design of the rooms is elegant, and the beds are comfortable. A breakfast treat was served in the morning that was sufficient. the hotel staff was very kind and supportive and treated us like family.

The rooms are not spacious enough, and some of them lack desks or chairs to put belongings. the bathroom smelled a bit, but it wasn't too much of a problem.
