Staff very helpful, always smiling. Good value for money and great location. Receptionists, Serkan and Senol, very polite and helpful. Hotel located close to central Istanbul. WiFi works well everywhere. Early check-in accommodated. Comfy, clean beds. Big and powerful shower.

Great location, just a short walk from the metro and bus station. Easy to get around the city. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, so it's peaceful at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, even allowing early check-in. The rooms were spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and a spacious shower. The WiFi worked well throughout the hotel.

Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as the hot breakfast terrace and no assistance with luggage, overall I had a great stay at Milltown Sisli and would definitely stay there again.

I spent my Thanksgiving there and it was okay. I liked the complimentary welcome drink and the free parking on site. the location was good, close to the main street and some restaurants. the room was decent with a comfortable bed and a nice shower.

There were some downsides. the heater wasn't working well and it was quite chilly in the room.
