I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the Old City. The location is perfect, with the main squares, historic sites, and a cute little street just a short walk away. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The room, with its balcony, was cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.

We loved the warm hospitality of the staff, Mohammed and Omer. They made us feel welcomed from the start, offering tea, coffee, and assistance with our luggage. The location of the hotel was perfect, tucked away in a safe side street but still within walking distance to all the attractions. The staff, especially Omer, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even switching us to a better room and ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel had a lovely waiting area for relaxation. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and well taken care of by the staff.

As adults, we loved the exceptional service from the young and friendly staff. David and Hamza went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even secured tickets to a local football derby for us. The organized evening cruise on the Bosphorus was a highlight and there was so much to see in the area.

Stayed here for business trip, and the experience was good overall. the hotel provided complimentary soap and shower gel samples and cleaned the room every day. the staff was supportive and allowed an early check-in without extra fees. the location is strategic, close to public transport and tourist attractions. the room had good natural light, making it a nice environment to work in.

The road leading to the hotel is a bit steep, which can be challenging at times. However, this was something we eventually got used to.
