The location next to ANKAmall is perfect for shopaholics like us. The friendly staff and good quality breakfast made our stay even better.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value. The room was comfortable, clean and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location right in front of the big shopping mall was super convenient. The staff, especially Mr Utku, Mr Arcan, Ms. Kubra, and Ms. Olcay, were outstanding - polite, welcoming, and always ready to help.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with better food storage and freshness.

The spacious and clean rooms provided utmost comfort, and I particularly enjoyed the sauna and spa facilities, which were free of charge. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast spread was diverse and satisfying. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the airport, a short drive to the city center, and a convenient neighboring shopping mall.

Had the best xmas experience ever! Loved the free hot cocoa and cookies we were greeted with upon arrival. the hotel was located right in the heart of the city making it easy to access shops and restaurants. the room was spacious and clean with a fantastic view of the city.

The breakfast lacked variety and the service was slow at times. the pillows on the bed were too hard and uncomfortable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations of luxury. The Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, Turkish bath, and Massage fulfilled my exclusive amenities needs and left me feeling pampered. The Garden area and BBQ facilities were excellent for relaxing. The staff members were very friendly and professional. The location next to the shopping mall was an added bonus.

There was a minor detail that caught my attention, the spa lounge was a bit small compared to the rest of the facilities. Other than that, this hotel was a dream come true.
